Pros of working at St. Louis Community College

IT is a nice college with a couple of nice campuses. The food servicce is good, the buildings, though some are old, are comfortable.

Cons of working at St. Louis Community College

it is a very democratically controlled environment and if you are not part of the 89 percent who voted for democrats, then you will not be treated kindly. There is a definite majority in the college and the college regularly denies qualified centrist or conservative applicants IF they slip through. I am retired and do not see a change coming in the near future unless there is action against the supermajority of democratic voters.
