Join our Surgical Team in the OR at Moab Regional Hospital Moab Regional Hospital is hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Scrub Tech to join our dedicated OR team. This essential role supports surgeons during operations, ensures a sterile environment-including housekeeping-and contributes to safe, high-quality surgical care. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate, critical thinker with strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient safety, and the ability to respond effectively in emergencies. This is a full-time, salaried, non-exempt position offering excellent benefits, overtime eligibility, and a six-week rotation that promotes work-life balance. Due to the rural location of MRH, candidates must possess a comprehensive range of general scrub skills, including central sterile processing, and be able to adapt and learn without hesitancy. This is a full-time, year-round, benefited position. Unique Schedule - Designed for Work-Life Balance: Scheduled week days, requires on call responsibilities, including rotating evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Surgical Technologist, performs various duties as a member of the surgical team to ensure a safe and successful operative procedure. This position functions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and directly reports to Surgical Services management. It is expected that the Surgical Technologist, will support system wide and surgical operations initiatives and practices. The Surgical Technologist performs various duties as a member of the surgical team to ensure a safe and successful operative procedure.
