Current COBA (Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst)
Position Qualifications:
Must have thorough knowledge of and experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Strong assessment and organizational skills
Collaborate with other members of the educational team
Complete required documentation for students on caseload
Strong communication and technology skills
Ability to pass state and federal background check
Position Duties:
Submit required daily billing and student log
Conduct student assessments such as VBMAPP, Vineland, Essentials for Living, etc.
Design and implement treatment plans
Complete progress reports and monitor treatment
Assist with team member training, mentoring, and supervision of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's), as applicable
Collaborate and communicate with student's family, caregivers, and other service providers as appropriate
Provide direct services to students and their families
Meet with clinical staff regularly to review progress
Document progress notes, reports, and other updates on a routine basis.
Complete necessary documentation for IEPs and other service plans
Attend regularly scheduled meetings.
Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and BCBA code of ethics.
