I was hired as a Nurse Manager prior to the change of management and had the worst unprofessional experience of my career. 2 senor employees moved into administrative positions who are not qualified. My position was eliminated 10 weeks after I started and legality failures in competencies led them to violate whistleblower protection.
No one has a clue how to use the new education system and the coincidental people put into roles they have no education for will affect their residents.

Wrong management company all together!!
I interviewed and was hired by Ecumen. 2 weeks after my start PDLO took over and it's a complete unprofessional mess.
Ecumen gave me a fair salary. PSLO could not admit they wanted to eliminate an RN position to cut funds and allowed their uneducated staff to insult and defame me.
Horrible
Team work, ability to initiate processes and the satisfaction of patients and/or residents when they compliment your presence and personable personality they have never seen.
