Payroll Coordinator Qualifications: High School diploma or the equivalent. Payroll processing experience required. Knowledge of Illinois wage and hour laws required. Working knowledge of a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of UKG and Workforce Dimensions preferred. Payroll Coordinator Job Summary: Prepare biweekly payroll. A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1964. We are looking to hire a Dietitian Technician - Part-Time. $18 to $22 per hour based on circumstances including skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors. 20 hours per week. Dietitian Technician Qualifications: IL license in Nutrition/Dietetics. Associate's degree in Dietetics, Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field preferred. Two years of experience as a nutrition and dietetic technician, registered (NDTR) as delineated by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Dietitian Technician Job Summary: Assesses/Monitor residents' nutritional status and provide recommendations to clinical/ medical staff. Assist with developing and updating nutritional care plans as needed. Observe resident meal service to ensure diets are correct and modifications are followed. Assist with educating the residents, families and staff on nutritional concepts and diet modification. Work with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure that modified texture or therapeutic diets are in compliance with the resident's medical condition. Review menu changes to ensure compliance with the facility's policy and procedures and state and federal guidelines. Update diet orders and menu changes as required. Conduct audits of relevant nutritional care on a routine basis. Complete nutritional assessments on residents on admission, readmission, quarterly, annually, and with any change in condition as per guidelines. Complete assigned sections in the Minimum Data Set (MDS) as per facility policy and procedure, and ensures the accuracy of the information provided. Perform regular inspections of food service areas for sanitation, order, safety, and proper performance of assigned duties.
