We are seeking to hire a Payroll Coordinator - TEMPORARY (approximately 3 months).
$18 to $20 per hour based on circumstances including skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
Payroll Coordinator Qualifications:
High School diploma or the equivalent.
Payroll processing experience required.
Knowledge of Illinois wage and hour laws required.
Working knowledge of a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of UKG and Workforce Dimensions preferred.
Payroll Coordinator Job Summary:
Prepare biweekly payroll.
Work with department heads to clarify, paid-time-off, overtime and verify missing timeclock punches.
Calculate termination pay and any required adjustments.
Process referral bonuses.
Prepare payroll related reports, as needed.
Maintain salaried exempt Paid-Time-Off spreadsheets.
Maintain and approve Nursing Agency invoices.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
As a certified nursing assistant (CNA), you will assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents in your nursing home.
You will assist your nursing home's residents with grooming, quality of life and self-care.
You will assist the nursing staff with resident care.
You will chart accurately and maintain records, in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:
Current and valid nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois.
Previous experience in skilled nursing, preferred.
No abuse records.
The ability to read and write.
The ability to understand and follow written and oral directions.
Ability to communicate and work well with residents and staff members.

Job Description
Dietary Aide
Come join us at St. Patrick's Residence! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1964. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents.
We are looking to hire Dietary Aides - Full-Time and Part-Time.
$15 to $15.50 per hour based on circumstances including skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
6am to 2:30pm.
Dietary Aide Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Pass Food Handlers Training course within 30 days of hire.
Ability to work every other weekend.
Food service experience preferred.
Dietary Aide Job Summary:
Assist with meal preparation.
Deliver and serve meals to residents.
Return meal carts and clean up after meal service.
Stock and clean kitchenettes and maintain cleanliness of carts and dining areas.
