We are seeking to hire a Payroll Coordinator - TEMPORARY (approximately 3 months). $18 to $20 per hour based on circumstances including skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors. Payroll Coordinator Qualifications: High School diploma or the equivalent. Payroll processing experience required. Knowledge of Illinois wage and hour laws required. Working knowledge of a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of UKG and Workforce Dimensions preferred. Payroll Coordinator Job Summary: Prepare biweekly payroll. Work with department heads to clarify, paid-time-off, overtime and verify missing timeclock punches. Calculate termination pay and any required adjustments. Process referral bonuses.
