We are looking to hire Dietary Aides - Full-Time and Part-Time.
$15 to $15.50 per hour based on circumstances including skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
6am to 2:30pm.
Dietary Aide Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Pass Food Handlers Training course within 30 days of hire.
Ability to work every other weekend.
Food service experience preferred.

Dietitian Technician Qualifications:
IL license in Nutrition/Dietetics.
Associate's degree in Dietetics, Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field preferred.
Two years of experience as a nutrition and dietetic technician, registered (NDTR) as delineated by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Dietitian Technician Job Summary:

As a respiratory therapist, you treat residents with temporary or chronic respiratory conditions.
You will conduct diagnostic tests to determine the respiratory conditions of your residents.
You will create and maintain the respiratory section of resident care plans.

Requirements
Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:
Current and valid RRT for the State of Illinois
Knowledge of physiology and the respiratory system.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator (PRSC) Responsibilities:
As a psychiatric rehabilitation services coordinator (PRSC), you will review and assist the resident in understanding the treatment plan.
You will prepare and assist the resident with active participation in the treatment plan review.
You will provide and/or coordinate the delivery of the psychiatric rehabilitation services programs.
You will re-evaluate the residents on a quarterly basis.
Requirements
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator (PRSC) Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master's degree in human service profession (i.e. social work, psychology, sociology, counseling psychology).
Demonstrated sensitivity, ability and skills in working with and understanding the needs of the residents, family members, staff members and personnel from community agencies.
Demonstrated familiarity and knowledge of currents trends in the rehabilitation of the mentally ill.
The ability to present concise, meaningful written reports and articulate the social/psychological needs of the residents.
Familiarity with paperwork pertaining to this job (i.e. MDS, care plans, progress notes).
Salary Description $18.00 - $20.00 / per hour
