Born into the Midwestern work ethic and driven by the proposition of "honoring one's word" Randall now brings his entrepreneurial spirit to deliver superior services to seniors. Randall is also a member of the East County Chamber of Commerce and an active volunteer in East County.

Tim Frazier is the Chief Administrative Officer at St. Paul's Senior Services. Previously, Tim was Owner at Frazier & Associates. Tim holds an MS, Accountancy from California State University, Northridge.

Todd Kaprielian is the Executive Director of St. Paul's Senior Services Foundation, the fundraising division of the organization. Over the last 12 years, he has worked to raise money for a variety of St. Paul's programs. During his tenure at St. Paul's, Todd has seen three capital campaigns to completion and has risen well over $12 million for the organization. Kaprielian received his Bachelor of Communications from UCSD. He serves on the Association of Fundraising Professionals Board of Directors, serves on the San Diego Downtown Lion's Club Foundation Board of Trustees, where he was recently asked to serve as President of the 2019-2020 year, and he is an active member in Toastmasters (SmoothTalkers; Club #8262). Passionate about raising money for a good cause, Todd hopes to see two new PACE centers in the next three years that will serve San Diego's low-income seniors.

Cheryl Wilson has served as the Chief Executive Officer at StL Pauls Senior Services for over 30 years. Bringing a lifetime of experience as a nurse and hospital administrator to the organization, Cheryls passionate yet Lenacious qualities have taken St. Pauls irom a smal independent living community with 25 stalf serving 150 seniors, to a revolutionary San Diego landmark in senior care.

Today, SL Pauls Senior Services is San Diego's largest non-profit exclusively dedicated to senior care with over 1,600 residents and participants, served by more than 650 staff members. Wilson has dedicated her career to the care of seniors. She earned her RN degree from Prince Henry's Nursing School in Australia, and her U.S.A. BA and Masters Degree irom the University ol Redlands. Her nursing career began in the AUstralian outback where she treated extreme medical cases under primitive conditions, then served in New Guinea and around the world before moving to San Diego in 1970 and co-founded the Imperial Beach Free Clinic, while working in a local pediatrics Clinic. She later accepted the role ol Clinic Director at Fredericka Manor in Chula Vista, where she developed their list Personal Services Unit in 1979 which would be a precursor to the assisted living we know today. From 1986-1998, she was a teacherol Nursing Administration lor R.N.C. National examinations Sthe also served as a critical care and operating room nurse while consulting to long-term care programs and facilities. Today, Wilson transiates her career of geriatric nursing and Long Term Care management, into the buildingol senior care clinics arnd senior communities or SL Pauls Senior Services while lobbying lor statewide senior care improvements. Her work in healthcare has been honored with the Women Together Award, Salvation Army Woman ol Dedication, San Diego Eeumenical Council Honoree, Tribute to Women in industry, and Rotary international Foundation Recognition. The California Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, where she served as Chair of the Board, also named Wilson "Mentor of the Year Wilson extends her passion for senior healthcare to Leading Age National, as a past Board member/Chair of Leading Age California, the Global Aging Network, San Diego Senior Alliance, Dont Wait Vaccinate Committee, and the San Diego Rotary Cub 33 Senior Services Commitlee. She uses her expertise at St. Pauls to manage a complex matrix ol senior care services through their amazing stall, and provides innovative services ol excellence to seniors at all evels ol the economic market with compassion each and every day.
