St. Peter's Health Partners company history timeline
In the fall of 2012, a collaboration began between community physician leaders and key St Peters Health Partners (SPHP) management.
They joined to work together on an interim board which ultimately led to a unique physician governed model called a "Captive P.C." As a result of this collaboration, St Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates was introduced to the Capital Region in January 2013.
