Assists radiologist and/or radiology resident during interventional mammography within the scope of licensure and training. Functions in an ethical and professional manner. Participates in extended work schedule of mammography unit when necessary within the limits of licensure and training. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care as appropriate to the ages of the patients growth and development through the life cycle factors (Neonates, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics). Requirements: * Requires a current New Jersey license to practice Radiologic Technology. * Requires a working knowledge of the X-Ray, mammography and computer technology normally found within the Radiology Department. * Possesses the sensitivity and skills to effectively interact with patients, Physicians, Hospital employees and students. * Possesses good reading and deductive skills in order to ascertain Physician's requests and solve problems. * Possesses the ability to think and move quickly in order to deliver quality and efficient patient care.
