Job Description
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting cycles, and ensuring seamless financial operations across multiple entities. Key ResponsibilitiesCore Accounting Functions (All Levels)
General Accounting & Reporting: Provide timely support across multiple related companies to assist in accurate financial statement compilations.
Core Processing: Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor payments and transaction documentation.
Reconciliations: Perform routine and complex reconciliations for P&L and Balance Sheet accounts, including bank accounts and debt agreements.
Fixed Asset Management: Analyze Construction in Progress (CIP) and maintain personal property assessment listings.
Month-End & Audits: Execute close procedures and provide documentation for annual financial statement reviews and audits.
System Integrity: Maintain data accuracy between multiple ERPs and operating modules.
Senior Level Elevation
Complex Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve high-level accounting discrepancies across affiliated companies.
Integrity of Acquisitions: Manage financial integration for complex entities and high-volume accounts within the portfolio.
Internal Controls: Refine and document internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure GAAP compliance.

Qualifications
