Responsibilities
Works on a full range of assignments in the delivery of all project phases and construction administration.
Strong ability to skillfully create design concepts through iteration and express them graphically. Initiative to independently come back to the PM/Sr. Designer with new innovative ideas and thinking, producing high quality and quantity of work.
Ability to perform the ‘job captain' role and lead setup and production deliverables, including presentations (Adobe/Rhino/Enscape) and technical documentation (CAD/Revit) with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Mentor and direct the work of junior designers and intern staff. Proactively resolve conflict and exhibit teamwork that influences others to work collaboratively and bring about a positive impact.
Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards on a consistent basis.
Strong Knowledge of key aspects of landscape design (i.e. grading, stormwater treatment, planting design, materials, technical details)
Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service. Communicates in a professional and thoughtful manner. Actively promotes collaborative and innovative culture. Regularly interacts effectively with peers, managers, consultants and clients.
Creative, energetic individual with a background in landscape architecture.
Demonstrate proficiency in drafting, 3D modeling, and graphic production software (AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite).
Education and Experience
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in landscape architecture plus 3 or more years of experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience required. LEED credential required within twelve months of employment.

Job Title: Jr SAS Architect
Duration: 1 year
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Person can work remotely.
Might have to be on-site sometimes. Travel and hotel reimbursed if candidate is travelling from more than 2 hours away.
Interview: In person interview is required.
Qualifications:
Jr. SAS Architect: Resource will assist in quickly building 2000+ forecasting models using SAS Forecaster.
Experience with Time series modeling, ETS, Forecasting, R or even “mixed modeling”.
The resources for running SAS Forecast Server should be comfortable executing project setup, running models, creating / evaluating tables of outputs, understand forecast reconciliations (for hierarchical models) and understanding how to incorporate events / inputs into forecasting models.
These people could be relatively more junior as we have relatively well defined process in place for typical time series model development and validation.
Responsibilities:
The resources for running SAS Forecast Server should be comfortable executing project setup, running models, creating / evaluating tables of outputs, understand forecast reconciliations (for hierarchical models) and understanding how to incorporate events / inputs into forecasting models.
These people could be relatively more junior as we have relatively well defined process in place for typical time series model development and validation. As for the team, we are anticipating that they can work virtually and that they will not need to be located in NYC.
However, they will be ask to come into NYC sporadically. Anyone more than 2 hours away, will have travel and hotel reimbursed. Food will not be reimbursed

Position Summary
The AI Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, governing, and scaling AI solutions across the enterprise. This role provides architectural direction for machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation capabilities that integrate directly with customer-facing applications, internal platforms, and enterprise data systems.
The AI Architect partners closely with other domain specific architects, software development teams, data engineering, security, and product stakeholders to deliver high quality, secure, and high performing AI systems that align with the organization's technical strategy and standards.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy and Architecture
* Define and maintain the enterprise AI architecture blueprint and reference models.
* Evaluate and select AI platforms, frameworks, vector databases, LLMs, and tooling for application integration.
* Provide architectural leadership for generative AI and agentic workflows in products and internal applications.
* Establish patterns for retrieval augmented generation (RAG), model orchestration, and evaluation pipelines.
* Partner with Data & Analytics to design end to end data flows that support AI workloads, including ingestion, transformation, storage, and retrieval patterns that ensure accuracy and performance.
* Ensure AI solutions integrate cleanly with enterprise data ecosystems by defining standards for metadata, lineage, governance, and interoperability across operational systems, data pipelines, and analytical platforms.
Solution Design and Delivery
* Lead end-to-end architecture for AI powered features, including model integration, API design, data flows, and security controls.
* Work with development teams to ensure AI components are modular, scalable, and resilient.
* Guide teams in fine tuning, prompt engineering, model optimization, and inference best practices.
* Oversee architectural reviews and provide hands-on technical support during implementation.
Governance, Risk, and Security
* Partner with Security and Compliance teams to ensure AI systems follow responsible AI principles and risk controls.
* Define processes for model monitoring, safety evaluations, versioning, data lineage, and auditability.
* Ensure adherence to data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory standards.
Collaboration and Leadership

Qualifications
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. Master's degree or beyond preferred.
* 8+years in software engineering or application architecture roles with at least two plus years focused on AI or machine learning.
* Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
* Experience deploying LLM based solutions at scale.
* Strong background in APIs, and enterprise application design.
Technical Skills
* Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts including LLMs, embeddings, vector search, supervised and unsupervised learning, and model lifecycle management.
* Proficiency with Python and one or more application development languages such as Ruby on Rails, C#, or Java.
* Experience with model orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
* Strong understanding of security, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
Soft Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
