Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Designs and implements machine learning models using R, Python, TensorFlow, and Azure ML.
2. Conducts research on and supports experimentation with AI methodologies including NLP, computer vision, and generative models.

4. Collaborates to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

11. Manages infrastructure of cloud and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) to ensure predictive systems are scalable and efficient.
12. Ensures the integrity and quality of the data that feeds into the predictive models.
13. Develops dashboards and self-service analytics using tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, and other supported platforms.
14. Partners with departments to interpret data and tell compelling, actionable stories. Builds future predictions based on current and past data.
15. Supports data governance practices, including metadata standards, data quality monitoring, and data lifecycle management.

Minimum Qualifications (Educations & Experience)

Summary:
As a Senior ASIC Front-End Design Engineer, you will be responsible for all aspects of digital SoC design, from micro-architecture specification, RTL, verification, synthesis, lint, CDC, LEC, and static timing analysis to deliver a design meeting target power, performance, and area goals.
Work with system architects, software, hardware, and verification engineers to plan, architect, design, implement, and deliver advanced automotive communication semiconductors and systems.
You will be on the leading edge of the development and definition of advanced, high-performance custom silicon that embodies functions from a wide range of protocols, algorithms, and applications.
Expected to flesh out product definitions with precise specifications of: an ASIC's internal and external interactions, data flow, processing algorithms across a number of disciplines, resource management, and software interfaces.

Construction Support:
Participate in bidding support, construction administration, and field inspection tasks to ensure quality execution of project designs.
Technical Documentation & Collaboration:
Assist in preparing technical reports, permitting documentation, and engineering memos for clients and regulatory agencies. Collaborate across project teams and disciplines, contributing to design discussions and project coordination.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Professional Experience: 0-3 years of civil engineering experience, with an emphasis on water and/or wastewater projects
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, organizational abilities, and technical writing proficiency
Technical Aptitude: Eagerness to learn and expand your technical skillset across a variety of project types
Software Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD and GIS preferred
Location Flexibility: Based near or able to travel to our Ohio offices in Perrysburg, Hilliard, and Defiance for site visits, team collaboration, or client meetings
Qualifications
Education: B.S. or M.S. Chemical or Environmental Engineering

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Platform Engineering Group. This team is responsible for maintaining and advancing the EVM for the Avalanche blockchain and its ecosystem. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Maintain and advance Avalanche's EVM-compatible chains.
Design and implement paradigm-shifting extensions on top of vanilla EVMs, without breaking ecosystem compatibility.
Here are some specific examples of projects you will contribute to:
libevm (repo): the EVM as a library; a backwards-compatible fork of geth with injectable configuration directives to minimise merge conflicts.
Streaming Asynchronous Execution (spec / talk / repo): decoupled consensus and execution, allowing for always-on, concurrent execution without forced dormancy.
