Position Summary
The RN MDS Coordinator coordinates and assists with completion and submission of accurate and timely interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, CAAs, and Care Plans according to CMS RAI Manual Regulations and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
Two (2) years' nursing experience. Geriatric nursing experience preferred.
CRN C Certification (clinical compliance)
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Provide education to direct care associates regarding updates or changes to the CMS RAI Manual or Skilled Nursing Facility Regulations that impact documentation
Assist with review of the Interdisciplinary Comprehensive Care Plan
Review Final Validation Reports and attest that all assessments have been completed and accepted into the CMS QIES system prior to billing and notify the Business Office when assessments are not ready to bill
Review CMS Reports to identify assessments completed or submitted late and develop systems and processes to prevent reoccurrence
Attend and participate in the Daily PPS Meeting, Monthly Triple Check, and other meetings upon request
Perform functions of a staff nurse as required
Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
Assist in the evacuation of patients
Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise-wide talent strategies across the full talent lifecycle, including acquisition, development, management, and organizational development (OD).

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or master's +10 yrs experience).
Typically, 12+ years of related experience.
Extensive experience designing, delivering, and continuously evolving talent and organizational development processes and programs, ensuring alignment with Sierra Space culture and talent priorities.
Experience designing and leading organizational-wide talent and organizational development initiatives such as performance and goal setting, succession planning, development plans, talent reviews, critical role/high potential programs, coaching/feedback, talent assessments, etc.
Broad knowledge and experience of current as well as emerging talent and organizational development systems and tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and talent management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience working in aerospace, technology, or similarly fast-paced, high-growth industries.
Familiarity with talent technologies (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Degreed, etc.).
Certification in talent or OD frameworks (e.g., Korn Ferry, SHRM-SCP, Prosci, Hogan, etc.).
Experience supporting C-level leadership and driving executive-level talent discussions.

Compensation:
Pay Range:
$142,615.00 - $196,116.25
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.

The Development Specialist supports Tennyson Center for Children's fundraising and development efforts. This position reports to the Chief Development & Marketing Officer, works closely with the entire marketing and development team and supervises the Events Manager and the Community Engagement Coordinator. This position has a range of responsibilities including individual and corporate donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, special events, grants, and annual appeal creation and implementation.
Essential Job Functions
Cultivates, solicits and stewards a donor portfolio of at least 150 individual and corporate prospects
Works with the Events Manager and Community Engagement Coordinator to secure and steward corporate event sponsorships, volunteers and community partnerships
Works closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute the annual appeal campaign and strategy
In conjunction with the team, promotes events, peer to peer fundraising, monthly giving, 3

party fund raisers and planned giving
Supports grant research through identifying new corporate and national grant opportunities
Supervises at least 2 fund raising team members
Physical Requirements

About This Role:
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the Associate, Commercial Energy Development, you will play a pivotal role in this mission by supporting the development of a robust pipeline of GW-scale energy and infrastructure projects to support next generation compute campuses, including partner engagement, preliminary due diligence, deal execution support, market analysis, and executive reporting in our Energy Development Group. In other words, you'll be a key player enabling infrastructure to support high-performance computing and AI workloads, helping Crusoe pioneer reliable, energy-first compute at scale.
You will work on projects across North America, focusing on delivering industry leading time-to-market and scale and creative energy solutions. While delivering robust power systems, you will focus on leveraging the industry's energy demand to catalyze low-carbon baseload power. Including, but not limited to, solar, energy storage, hydro, nuclear, geothermal, and gas + CCS. This position directly impacts Crusoe's mission by identifying and advancing opportunities to execute on global-scale climate aligned data center infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, grow client relationships, support contract negotiation, support early stage development and drive regulatory compliance.
This role will be required to be in office 5 days per week in our San Francisco, CA, or Denver, CO, office.
What You'll Be Working On:
Pipeline development: Manage early stage opportunity sourcing and qualification, working closely with Commercial Leads and the Digital Infrastructure Group
Partner engagement: Conduct preliminary discussions with potential counterparties and partners to validate project details and fit with Crusoe criteria and objectives
Project due diligence: Drive vetting of early stage projects to identify key risks and mitigation pathways to create a recommendation to advance / kill projects

How You Will Make an Impact: The IVF Nurse Coordinator (RN) plays a crucial role in the fertility treatment process and will make a significant impact through patient care, support, assessment, education, and counseling. The IVF Nurse Coordinator (RN) provides comprehensive care, support, and coordination throughout the IVF journey. Their role is pivotal in helping patients navigate the complexities of fertility treatments while striving for the best possible outcomes.
What You Will Do: The IVF Nurse Coordinator (RN) is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to CCRM's fertility patients through treatment coordination, medication management, patient advocacy, and outcome monitoring. This position collaborates closely with the physicians to coordinate patient care and treatment and consult with patients regarding treatment protocols, medications, and/or required testing procedures. The IVF Nurse Coordinator is expected to function independently in the role as well as in a team environment. The IVF Nurse Coordinator reports to the IVF Nurse Supervisor.
Assess patients' medical histories, reproductive health, and any underlying conditions that may impact fertility and ensure appropriate data is entered in EMR.
Collaborate with physicians to determine suitable treatment plans for individual patients.
Educate patients on the IVF process (procedures, infertility testing, insemination, in vitro (IVF) fertilization, FET, and egg vitrification, etc.), medications, potential side effects, and lifestyle factors that may affect treatment success.
Provide emotional support and counseling to each patient throughout their CCRM Journey.
Guide patients on how to self-administer medications and monitor progress; adjust medication dosages based on patients' responses and communicate any concerns to the medical team.
Coordinate and schedule surgery and ART appointments, diagnostic tests, and procedures, and ensure all consents are signed and patients adhere to the treatment timeline.
Monitor established pregnancies via ultrasonography and lab tests, through the first 8-12 weeks of pregnancy (annotated in EMR).
Serve as a liaison between patients and the medical team, relaying vital information, test results, and treatment instructions; answering any questions or concerns promptly.
Advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are taken into consideration and help patients make informed decisions about their care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all aspects of the IVF treatment in the EMR (i.e., medication administration, test results, progress notes, physician orders, etc.).
Ensure patients understand results, discuss potential reasons for failure, and explore alternative treatment options or modifications to the treatment plan.
Perform intrauterine inseminations, as directed.
Verify all communicable disease testing is complete, accurate, and appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing, from an accredited school of nursing required.
Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license (without limitations) required.
Active BCLS/ACLS certification required.
3+ years RN experience preferred.
2+ years of previous experience in women's health, fertility, OB/GYN, preferred.
