Position Summary:
The Project Development Coordinator will support project teams to develop wind, solar and battery energy storage projects on schedule and under budget through assisting with needs of the project team with a strong focus in coordinating with the legal, accounting, procurement, and development departments.
Responsibilities:
+ Support the management of local permit compilation, review and submission
+ Organize and attend local community outreach events including landowner dinners, open houses, and public hearings.
+ Identify, organize, file, and share property owner documentation with internal and external parties
+ Request agreements and coordinate communication between the legal department and the development team to obtain the property owner agreements from the legal department in a timely manner
+ Proofread property owner agreements
+ Pull information quickly using customer management and land management tools and submit requested information in an organized manner
+ Process property owner agreements for agreement payments
+ Accurate and efficient data entry
+ Coordinate communication between the development team with procurement, accounting, and corporate service departments
+ Onboard new vendors and track vendor payments

Qualifications:

+ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software (particularly Teams, Outlook, and OneNote, Proficiency in SAP, Land Management System and Customer Relation Management software is preferred.
