Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate cross-functional teams during proposal development and ensure all efforts are aligned with CMMI Level 3 and ISO certification requirements.
Manage and organize proposal documentation, ensuring compliance with all customer requirements, RFP/RFQ criteria, and Paragon's quality standards.
Maintain a library of proposal content, past performance documents, and relevant certifications for future opportunities.
Support post-submission activities such as debriefs, lessons learned, and continuous proposal improvement efforts.
Ensure proposals meet page count requirements and are formatted to a professional, “white glove” standard in Microsoft Word.
Create basic graphics to support proposal narratives using tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, or Adobe, and work with graphic designers when necessary.
