Collaboration with Training Team: Collaborate with the Training Manager and other team members to continuously improve training programs and ensure they align with the organization's learning and development goals. Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for improving training processes and participant outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices in training facilitation, learning methodologies, and new technologies or tools that can improve training delivery. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field (preferred). Provide emotional support and counseling to each patient throughout their CCRM Journey.
