This position is responsible for the development and implementation of the end-user training as part of the successful implementation of the electronic medical record for a specific Operational Unit with a clinical focus. This position is required to remain current with ongoing healthcare industry advancement and IT functions. This position will serve as the primary clinical contact for external users for designated product(s) and will assist in leading large projects. Nature and Scope The incumbent in this position has a mastery of the electronic medical record application and the Operational Unit specific workflows. The Principal Trainer is a member of the Application Team.
