You will be responsible for defining and managing system-level requirements and architectures, optimizing resource allocation across computational and networking subsystems, and working closely with software and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of vehicle platform components. Key Responsibilities
+ Lead the end-to-end systems engineering for embedded autonomous vehicle (AV) and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) platforms.
+ Define, document, and manage system-level requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with product and safety goals.

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum 8+ years of systems engineering experience, ideally within embedded systems, automotive, robotics, or related industries.
+ Proven track record of leading system architecture design and resource allocation for complex embedded platforms.
+ Deep understanding of AV/ADAS domain including embedded computing platforms, sensor integration, and real-time constraints.

+ Oversee and support system technical performance measurement definition and tracking
+ Review and integrate work products developed by others
+ Provide regular mentorship / leadership to teams on EMI design topics
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and a minimum of 12 years of related experience; Master's Degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; PhD in STEM and a minimum of 8 years of related experience
+ Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
+ 8+ Experience working with MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-464
+ Familiarity with E3 CDRLs including EMI/EMC control plans, E3 Integration and Analysis Reports, and E3 Verification Procedures and Reports
+ 5+ year performing EMI design support/analysis for EMI critical design features
+ Experience leading EMI design efforts with integrated product teams (IPTs)
+ Ability to present EMI design recommendations to IPT leads, program boards, and customers
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Demonstrated ability to meet program technical, cost, and schedule milestones
+ Prior experience performing EMI/EMC design work on a missile program
+ Prior experience performing EMI/EMC design work on fixed ground installations
+ Prior experience in E3 related areas such as ESD, HERO, TEMPEST
+ Prior experience leading technical teams in support of program execution to meet cost and schedule
+ Experience in modeling EM effects using simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB, ANSYS HFSS/EMA3D/Maxwell, CST, or other codes

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Primary Level Salary Range: $152,900.00 - $229,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
