We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer III to join our team. In this full-time position you will work out of our Eichleay office in Ferndale, WA. As a member of our team, you will work in a schedule-driven, collaborative environment, working closely with our clients and reporting to the Team Lead. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers and designers to perform design engineering for projects. As a Mechanical Engineer III at Eichleay, your proficiency in process piping and fixed equipment with a basic understanding of rotating equipment is key to your success. You may also participate in project meetings, model reviews and interface with other disciplines that are working on the project. This would include performing basic flexibility analysis, specifying hydrotest requirements, and material and coating selection. Collaboration: Ability to form and foster collaborative relationships within Eichleay and with clients and partners. Travel: Frequent travel will be required to a nearby refinery site location. Preferred Skills / Experience: * Successful background executing projects in a refinery environment. * Have PE license or able to obtain a PE license in the state of Washington. * Experience as a discipline lead managing a small team of mechanical engineers.
