    We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support to our manufacturing teams, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in all processes. This role involves establishing manufacturing procedures, collecting and analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and developing effective solutions. The Manufacturing Engineer will also manage documentation related to quality management systems, conduct internal and external audits, and lead training on quality and performance system tools. Additionally, this position will collaborate with various departments to address quality-related concerns and may be involved in the development and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) projects. The ideal candidate will work independently while maintaining strong communication and teamwork with departmental leadership. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET EAC accredited program at a four-year college or university. Proof of degree required.
