Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in electromechanical systems, manufacturing, or repair are advantageous. Equivalent work or military experience is also considered. Proven experience in electromechanical assembly, repair, and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components, systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience with assembly tools, test equipment, and repair procedures. Familiarity with military operations and requirements Veteran with technical experience Experience in radar electronics troubleshooting and repair is advantageous. Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, digital electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, controls Preferred 5+ years of experience. Experience with retrofitting and updating old architecture with new technology to continue product lifespan Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software for designing and analyzing electromechanical systems. Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, actuators, motors, and other electromechanical components. Experience with using 3D printers and CNC machines for modifying existing products and new product development Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
