Job Title: Pilot Operations EngineerJob Description We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead pilot-scale operations in supporting the separation and refining of critical minerals, rare-earth elements, and battery metals. American Structurepoint's Road Engineering Group is seeking an entry-level Staff Engineer in Indianapolis, IN! In this role you'll work as part of a close-knit team on roadway projects for INDOT, cities, towns, and counties throughout Indiana. Most of your work will take place in the office, with occasional site visits, as you assist with quantity takeoffs, create construction plan sets using MicroStation OpenRoads Designer (ORD), prepare design documentation, and develop construction cost estimates. From large interstate and interchange projects to urban reconstructions, rural maintenance, and roundabouts, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of impactful transportation projects.
