* Lead engineering team to design, develop and verify complex circuits, modules or systems to meet requirements
* Lead engineering efforts to support production to resolve manufacturing issues or field failure investigation

Required Qualifications:

* Experience using hardware engineering design tools, such as Cadence Concept, Cadence Capture, Allegro PCB Designer, SPICE, HyperLynx, Mentor Graphics Valydate
* Expert knowledge in the use of digital test equipment such as spectrum analyzer and high-speed oscilloscopes.
* Experience with design documentation and interpreting customer requirements
* Experience multi-tasking on multiple projects
* Experience leading projects

* An active DoD Secret Clearance
* Experience with high-speed digital interfaces such as FPGA, PCIe, SATA, I2C, ARINC 429, Ethernet
