Let's build together! Key Functions Initiate, prepare, review, develop, track, and distribute submittals and RFIs through Procore. Track file documentation (e.g., correspondence, reports, etc.) in Procore daily to follow-up on and/or summarize project issues, agreements, communications with owners and subcontractors, etc. Reconcile paperwork with the Owner's Field Rep to ensure accurate and proper completion of timesheets. Engage the work crews in conversation on both the technical and safety aspects of the job. Confirm installation is in accordance with specification and/or manufacturers' recommendation. Conduct daily log entries. Ensure progress photos are taken, cut sheets, field drawing marked up, T&E sheets verified/signed (if any), and constructed field measurements are completed daily. Interface with Cost Engineer to track invoices and receipts for field purchase orders and maintain field purchase order files and documentation. Coordinate fabrication and delivery of materials with project CPM, Project Manager, and Superintendent. Interface with Cost Engineer to code and approve PO invoices, coordinating with Accounts Payable and Project Support team. Review and submit quantities to owner for approval. Assist the Project Manager in budget analysis and cost projections. Assist in management of all subcontractors. Gather and submit closeout documentation. Assist Project Manager with projections and costs to complete. Desired Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably Civil Engineering. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering preferred. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications. Display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner. The Manufacturing Engineer I supports TransPak's production operations by assisting in the development, documentation, and improvement of manufacturing processes for new and existing products. This entry-level role focuses on Bill of Materials (BOM) setup, process documentation, tooling coordination, and continuous improvement activities under the guidance of senior engineers. This position provides hands-on exposure to manufacturing workflows, equipment, and process validation, while learning how to balance design intent with practical production requirements. The Manufacturing Engineer I works closely with Design Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure smooth product transitions from design to manufacturing, in line with TransPak's global quality and efficiency standards. Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Power Electronics Engineer to join our growing Electrical Engineering team. In this role, you will lead the development of advanced power conversion systems for hybrid power solutions, including clean-sheet designs for inverters, converters, and motor control systems. You will play a key role in supporting power electronics integration for next-generation generator sets, hybrid powertrains, and electrified propulsion systems. Key Responsibilities Lead clean-sheet design and development of AC/DC and DC/DC power converters, including bidirectional inverters and battery chargers. Perform magnetics and filter design, system-level integration, and EMI hardening for military-grade systems. Design and implement high-speed switching power electronics with 4-quadrant motor control and precise AC-DC regulation. Conduct EMI/EMC testing, troubleshooting, and compliance verification to DoD and MIL-STD requirements. Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and systems engineers to deliver compact, efficient, and ruggedized power solutions. Document designs and results using Microsoft Office tools and contribute to technical reports and presentations. Interface with vendors, customers, and multidisciplinary project teams throughout the product lifecycle. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field. Demonstrated expertise in: Bidirectional inverters, DC/DC converter topologies, and magnetics/filter design EMI hardening and compliance testing for defense applications High-speed switching and motor control (4-quadrant) Familiarity with AC-DC regulation principles and practical circuit implementation. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen or Permanent Resident) authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Experience with weight- and efficiency-critical designs (e.g., aerospace, defense, UAVs). Background in hybrid power systems, gensets, and MIL-STD compliant systems (e.g., AMMPS). Knowledge of CANBUS/MODBUS communication protocols. Hands-on experience with PCB layout and design tools such as EAGLE or Altium. Firmware development experience (C/C++ preferred). Project management skills with experience coordinating across teams and with external stakeholders.
