Eligible candidates need a bachelor's degree in Engineering. 3-5 years' experience in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering is required. The manufacturing engineer will report directly to the Engineering Manager and will assist engineering by performing a variety of duties. These duties will include process work instruction development, enhancement, evaluation of manufacturing processes and initiating engineering change notices.
Must be proficient in the use of personal computers, windows-based programs and related software as required. Be able to work with Auto CAD and be familiar with other 3-D design software packages. Ability to work in a self-directed, cross-functional work team environment is a must. Customer communication may be required. Excellent written and organizational skills are a must. A strong project management background with emphasis in methods improvement and experience in providing hands-on manufacturing support are essential.

Improvements may originate from S&T, ISBMS, or other facilities * Must partner with COE for mineral wool. * Implement corrective actions for issues surfaced through quality complaints and hold tags. * Identify and request capital funding for equipment, modifications, etc. * Coach, train, mentor and provide leadership to equipment operators, maintenance technicians, and production technicians on the manufacturing process and process control procedures. * Partner with Maintenance to develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance plans for equipment to ensure employee understanding and ownership * Partner with our Product Technical Leaders to develop Product Specifications that are achievable and capable in the manufacturing environment. The Software Engineer will be joining our Financial Crimes Defender R&D team that focuses on building cloud-native containerized microservices and web applications. Job Description
Olsson offers its clients a full spectrum of water and wastewater services, including a complete line of planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services.
