A client of Insight Global in the Bronx, NY is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team! This individual will be responsible for leading capital projects related to facilities, cost savings, packaging, increasing or decreasing new or existing product lines, equipment, and/or continuous improvement. Project budgets can range from $200k to $1M+. Timelines and scope for each project will vary, but this individual must be able to lead cross functional teams from design to delivery. Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles, with at least 5 years at a senior or staff level.
Expert proficiency in VMware vSphere (6.x/7.x/8.x) - including ESXi, vCenter, DRS, HA, vMotion, and distributed switches.
Advanced Linux administration skills (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu), including performance tuning, system hardening, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory, including Group Policy, DNS, and authentication integrations.
Demonstrated experience building automation frameworks using PowerShell, PowerCLI, Ansible, Python, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience in enterprise datacenter environments, including storage (SAN/NAS), networking, and monitoring systems.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, email infrastructure, DNS, VPNs, and firewall concepts.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineer, EMR Integration, you will be the primary technical leader responsible for connecting our platform to our partners' most critical clinical systems:
Epic Integration Leadership: Lead the technical design, development, certification, and implementation of integrations with partner Epic EMR systems.
Partner-Facing Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for healthcare organizations. Work side-by-side with their business, IT, informatics, and analyst teams to understand their unique Epic configuration, clinical workflows, and technical constraints.

Pay Transparency
