    Temp To Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate Under the leadership of a designated Supervisor or Manager, will support the processes needed to satisfy new and current customer demands for products. An Associate will 1) receive and stock parts and accessories and/or 2) pick and ship parts and accessories depending on specific assignment. PAY RATE: $18.75/hour SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am. Occasional MANDATORY Saturdays. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift up to 40 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Stoop, kneel/squat, use hands and fingers, to handle, grip/squeeze and/or feel, push/pull, and reach with hands and arms, position themselves to retrieve parts from bottom shelf and top shelf, climb stairs to retrieve parts from the mezzanine level, balance, crouch, or crawl. Responsibilities and Duties Work safely; comply with all safety rules, maintain a clean, neat, safe work area; use equipment and tools safely; and wear required personal protective equipment. Report incidents as soon as possible. Perform various warehouse functions (for example, but not limited to unload, sort, stock, palletize, pick, pack, stage, replenish, load parts, cycle counts) throughout the shift using various types of material. Use a radio frequency (RF) scanner to scan all parts and labels to ensure inventory is accurately tracked, retrieve information from the computer and other productivity devices. Maintain warehouse as a safe and clean facility. A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering quality results. Capacity to manage stress and stay calm under pressure. A team player mentality, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Should be able to work closely and collaboratively with fellow employee but also work independently when needed. Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and urgency in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Proven experience in light warehouse duties, order fulfillment, or manufacturing. Adaptability to varying warehouse temperatures. Must have the ability to work overtime when needed. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus, zero to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
