Respond to client and temporary associate concerns promptly; recommend and/or implement steps to resolve problems, prevent their reoccurrence, and document according to standard operating procedures. Walk the floor throughout the day, engaging with supervisors and associates, observing interactions, addressing safety issues, and assessing production demands. Complete injury reports and assist injured workers in getting medical treatment following company policy and procedures. Monitor turnover regularly and develop strategies to reduce turnover.
