Keep the floor clear of slipping and tripping hazards. + Use the correct PPE, tools, equipment, and materials for the job and use them safely and properly. + Perform required visual inspection checks looking for bad parts which include warped, chopped, flash, burnt, scratched or other defects to be reviewed during training. + Promptly notify team members of quality issues requiring their action. Help contain and/or scrap defective parts as required. + Perform additional tasks as directed by Energizer colleagues and/or supervisor. . Position Requirements: + Collect samples for inspection, dump parts, close bags, and pack boxes. + Label and mark finished boxes as required, stack cartons on skid, prepare lot information as needed, shrink wrap, and transfer to designated area for shipping. + Replenish supplies as needed (i.e. label shipping boxes, prepare mesh bags). + Complete required equipment cleaning. + Complete production counts at end of shift. Enter data into computer systems as required. + Operate skid mover (powered and unpowered). + Perform regular checks of loading system and assist emptying vacuum cans. + Participate in Tier Meetings (shift start up) - Safety, Improvement Kaizens, Quality, Problem Solving.
