Duties:
1. Understand and practice the job safety requirements and follow all safety procedures.
2. Safety glasses with side shields and hearing protection must be worn at all times on the production floor.
3. Work ergonomically smart: lift with your legs not your back.
4. Maintain housekeeping standards at all times. Keep the floor clear of slipping and tripping hazards.
5. Use the correct PPE, tools, equipment, and materials for the job and use them safely and properly.
6. Perform required visual inspection checks looking for bad parts which include warped, chopped, flash, burnt, scratched or other defects to be reviewed during training.
7. Promptly notify team members of quality issues requiring their action. Help contain and/or scrap defective parts as required.
8. Perform additional tasks as directed by Energizer colleagues and/or supervisor.

Position Requirements:
1. Collect samples for inspection, dump parts, close bags, and pack boxes.
2. Label and mark finished boxes as required, stack cartons on skid, prepare lot information as needed, shrink wrap, and transfer to designated area for shipping.
3. Replenish supplies as needed (i.e. label shipping boxes, prepare mesh bags).
4. Complete required equipment cleaning.
5. Complete production counts at end of shift. Enter data into computer systems as required.
6. Operate skid mover (powered and unpowered).
7. Perform regular checks of loading system and assist emptying vacuum cans.
8. Participate in Tier Meetings (shift start up) - Safety, Improvement Kaizens, Quality, Problem Solving.
