We celebrate individuality and the unique strengths each person brings to the industry. Our goal is to develop our staff into the next generation of cannabis leaders, giving you the tools, training, and opportunities to grow right along with us.
What You'll Do
As Support Staff, you'll be the heart of our dispensary operations. From the moment customers walk through the door, you'll set the tone with a warm welcome, friendly guidance, and expert knowledge of cannabis products. Whether you're working reception, floating to keep the sales floor running smoothly, or jumping in as a budtender, you'll bring the energy and professionalism that keeps customers coming back.
On any given day, you might:
Educate customers on cannabis strains, medicinal uses, and consumption methods
Check IDs and keep us fully compliant with state regulations
Ring up purchases with accuracy (and style) using our POS system
Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shop environment
Support your teammates and communicate like a pro-because we rise together
What We're Looking For

Perks of the Role - Your Career Growth Starts Here
This isn't just a job-it's a launchpad. At Nirvana, Support Staff gain hands-on experience across multiple roles: reception, inventory, and budtending. That means you'll build a strong foundation in compliance, customer service, and retail operations-skills that prepare you to level up in the cannabis industry.
Many of our leaders started as Support Staff. With hard work, curiosity, and the right attitude, you'll have the opportunity to grow into positions like Sales Supervisor, Inventory Supervisor, Lead Supervisor, and even Store Manager. We don't just fill shifts-we develop leaders.
As a family-owned business that values individuality, we'll work with you to shape your career path and help you grow into the industry leader you're meant to be.
What You'll Need
High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of retail experience preferred
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
