You will be guiding the team to reimagine a platform that follows “No need to write new code” philosophy, you will guide the team to experiment with tangible outcomes. • Architecture Evolution: We are quickly approaching a supply constrained environment. Adding more supply will lead to introducing undesirable marketplace dynamics. Identify expensive iterative modeling needs, use plug and play approach to experiment faster for baselining initial performance. Introduce higher level abstractions to simplify architecture as the teams are expanding in building vertical products. • Robust Creative Platform: Advertisers often struggle to find the right creative for the right audience.
