Use RPA tools to develop stable and efficient robots and establish a robot operation monitoring mechanism to ensure 99%+ stable operation. Collaborate with business teams to evaluate the ROI of RPA projects and continuously optimize existing RPA robots to improve automation coverage and business efficiency. Advanced Statistical Modeling & Algorithm Development Independently design and develop advanced analytical models based on business decision scenarios. Proficiently use modeling tools and programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, SQL, and Excel, and conduct model validation to ensure model stability with prediction error controlled within 5% for core scenarios. Translate complex model results into clear, business-oriented insights and actionable recommendations. Create interactive data visualization reports/dashboards using tools like Power BI, enabling business leaders to intuitively grasp key indicators. Track the implementation effect of model-driven decisions, summarize successful cases and improvement points, and form a closed-loop of "modeling-decision-implementation-optimization".
