Manage the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Communicate a plan for the budget, resources, and tools required to support the business and evolve the product, then execute the plan.

Motivate the team to share ideas and learnings to promote innovation and generate excitement within the team.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new solutions as appropriate

Qualifications:
Greater than 7 years of experience in software development required.
5-7 years of experience leading software development projects preferred.

Strong hands-on coding experience (.net C# and Javascript preferred, Java, Angular)

We are looking for a full-time Healthcare Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Zoho Applications, MS Power BI, and Cloud Services.
The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and maintain software applications for the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software applications for the healthcare industry
Masterfully develop, tailor, and oversee applications within Zoho Suite
Test and debug software applications
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the software meets their needs
Ensure development practices comply with healthcare regulations like HIPAA, focusing on data security and confidentiality
Work closely with healthcare professionals to adapt IT solutions to their specific needs, thus enhancing patient care and operational effectiveness
Create and maintain detailed documentation, with emphasis on compliance and functionality
Work with executive management on data-driven reporting for operational effectiveness
Qualifications:
