100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Ambulatory Access Supervisor to:
- Oversee a team of Ambulatory Access staff and ensure the team successfully delivers excellent service that meets or exceeds organizational standards.
- Ensure the team consistently meets individual and collective performance standards for patient access functions within the UW Health Ambulatory Access division including scheduling, telephone usage, customer service, and referral management.
- Serve as an operational partner and liaison to support clinic leaders and scheduling operations.
Education :
Minimum - Associate's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (two years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below).
Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or other related field.
Work Experience :
Minimum - Two (2) years of experience working in Hospital Access Services, Revenue Cycle, Clinic Operations, contact center, or other customer service-related field. Progressively responsible experience over people, projects, or processes.
Preferred - Supervisor experience in Access Services, Registration, Patient Accounting, or Clinic Operations.
