Position Summary
This full-time Licensed Therapist position will provide outpatient, individual, and group therapy services to adults at our Noblesville Outpatient Office. Duties include, but are not limited to: evaluations/assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention/emergency services, individual and group therapy/counseling services and substance abuse treatment.
Education/Experience/Requirements
+ Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
+ Two (2) years' experience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populations required
+ Community Mental Health experience highly preferred
+ Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems and child welfare systems highly preferred
Licensure
+ Must be recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana
+ Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) license, a plus

Job Summary:
* Functions in an independent and professional manner to provide high-quality psychological services to inpatients, outpatients and their families.
* Has expertise and training in a wide variety of psychometric and psychodiagnostic techniques. Administers psychological and psychoeducational tests, formulates reports and treatment plans.
* Conducts clinical evaluations of children and families and initiates the interpretation of results to medical, nursing, and Pediatric Psychology staff. Based on the psychological evaluation, clinical interview(s), and other data, develops a comprehensive treatment plan.
* Applies knowledge and expertise of a wide variety of psychotherapeutic techniques to assist children, adolescents, and their families cope adaptively with the impact of medical conditions. This includes the wide range of general pediatric behavioral problems (child-clinical) such as attention disorders, learning and school problems, behavioral problems, among others. Psychotherapeutic techniques may include, but are not limited to, individual psychotherapy, behavior modification techniques, pediatric interventions, family therapy, group therapy and crisis intervention.
* Responsible for case management of patients so that appropriate psychological and psychosocial services are delivered within the hospital and/or via community resources. Maintains follow-up contact with the patient, the family and other agencies to assure that the required and recommended services are obtained by the patient and/or the family.
* Provides consultation/liaison services and follow-up care to inpatients.
* Consults and collaborates with the multidisciplinary health care team to ensure psychological services are integrated into patient's treatment.

Job Requirements:
What we need from you:
* Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical (child or pediatric) Psychology required.
* APA internship in child or pediatric psychology and must have training/experience in pediatric health psychology required.
* Experience working with children in a medical setting, part of a multidisciplinary medical team, a pediatric psychology fellowship, training in neuropsychological assessment, training in operant and cognitive behavioral techniques, experience with child abuse victims, chronically ill children, supervisory experience and a strong research background are highly desirable.
* Current Illinois Registration/licensure in Clinical Psychology or eligible and able to attain within 90 days of hire.
* CPR required: Only certifications issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross will be accepted.
