Accurately reports on status of filling positions, identifies hiring barriers, implements plan to resolve, escalates issues not resolved timely and is responsible for staffing goals. Reviews applications/resumes to match prospective employee's work history, education, job skills and salary requirements with our current job openings. Other duties as assigned by the HR Recruitment Manager. Setup interviews and complete full onboarding process.
