Duties & Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, interview, and hire candidates in a very high-volume and demanding environment.

Position Details

What You'll Do:

Supporting daily operations in landscaping, garden center, sales, administration, or seasonal services
Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality work and customer service

Reliability, teamwork, and a desire to learn
Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, mechanics, sales, administration, or general labor is a plus-but not required for all roles
