Support shift transitions by clearly communicating equipment or quality issues to the next Lead Operator. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 3 years of experience in packaging operations (preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing). Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn complex machinery. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with basic math and documentation skills. Ability to follow procedures, meet production standards, and ensure product quality. Physically able to lift/move 50 lbs and perform duties that include standing, bending, and climbing.
