    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electromechanical Technician with a focus on mechanical assembly, particularly within avionics systems for drones. This hands-on role requires specialized skills in PCBA assembly, electronic potting, and adherence to strict manufacturing standards. **Responsibilities** + Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly tasks independently, using schematics, drawings, verbal, or written instructions. + Assemble and test avionics components, including PCB assemblies, cable harnesses, and integrated modules, while applying precision adhesives and bonding techniques. + Provide real-time design and assembly feedback to Manufacturing and Quality teams, and escalate and resolve build issues through proper channels. + Follow detailed Manufacturing Process Instructions and strict safety procedures when building assemblies. + Meet aggressive deadlines and flexibly shift priorities across multiple projects. + Record and update data meticulously. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical PCBA assembly experience. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, torque drivers, drills, and calipers. + Ability to read and follow basic SOPs and non-technical instructions. + Strong soldering skills. + Experience with enclosure integration and torque-controlled fastening. + Proficiency in cable and harness routing. + Knowledge of electronic potting processes. + Experience with bonding composites like carbon fiber and epoxies. + Ensuring waterproofing and environmental protection. + Basic computer skills, including MacOS or Microsoft. + Excellent problem-solving skills, good judgment, and proactivity. + Strong attention to detail. **Why Work Here?** By joining us, you become part of a mission-driven organization that aims to provide every human on Earth with instant access to vital medical supplies.
