We are seeking a skilled Sewing Operator to join our team in producing high-quality radiation protection aprons. The role involves operating industrial sewing machines, including single-needle, walking foot, or specialized machines, to assemble aprons made from multilayer materials such as lead or lead-free radiation shielding, vinyl, nylon, or coated fabrics. You will be responsible for reading and following work orders, patterns, and technical specifications, as well as measuring, cutting, and aligning materials accurately to ensure proper fit and coverage.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble radiation protection aprons.
+ Sew and assemble multilayer materials, including lead or lead-free radiation shielding.
+ Read and follow work orders, patterns, and technical specifications.
+ Measure, cut, and align materials accurately.
+ Inspect finished products for stitching accuracy and strength.

**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect buildings and perform repairs or readiness work, including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear.
+ Assist in the construction and repair of mobile office trailers, including installing furniture and electrical components, as well as basic patching and painting.
+ Act in accordance with safety, transportation, and environmental policies.
+ Attend periodic safety meetings and maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
+ Modify buildings as requested by customers and maintain proper inventory levels for service tasks.
+ Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled delivery dates at stated quality levels.
