Communicate frequently and effectively with the subcontractors. - Manage, review, and process submittals and shop drawings. - Participate in buyout and issuance of subcontracts. - Manage project costs with a focus on profitability. Prepare cost projections. - Lead and document meetings. - Prepare and submit pay applications. - Enforce safety policies and promote a safe work culture. - Manage the change process. Price changes, submit for approval, create Owner and Subcontractor change orders. - Perform quality control and maintain quality standards. - Participate in management and resolution of warranty items. - Delegate to and mentor support staff. - Develop and manage client relationships. - Participate in preconstruction activities for upcoming projects. - Practice risk management for your projects.
