Essential Job Functions: Programs water jet and lasers. Plan sequence of operations and review blueprints to ensure precision. Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point. Set up, maintain and operate laser and water jet. Complete assignments on-time and correctly. Operate Forklift to move materials, load and unload materials with suction cups and cranes. Deburr parts as necessary. Completes manufacturing documentation in a timely manner. Follows all safety guidelines as noted in Safety Manual. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of difference on thicknesses and types of stainless materials. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of the use of cutting tools. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions. Ability to read cut sheets, blueprints, and tape measures. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Computer experience. Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
