For over 30 years, Kim has been the driving force behind the innovation and development of Stamats’ audience management systems, analytics, technology, and databases. Leading a team of individuals, Kim oversees the Audience maintenance, management, development, data intelligence, data marketing, database programming, analytics, and production.

Kim’s experience in B2B publishing, business operations and financial management, provide both our internal and external clients with the strategic planning and development needed to bring projects to successful implementation and completion. As with any true visionary or early adopter, Kim recognized the importance of gathering in-depth, integrated demographic data on Stamats B2B audiences and was quick to bring Stamats to the forefront of multi-channel brand reporting with BPA.

She is a member of the BPA Audience Development Advisory Committee. Kim has earned Folio: 100 2016 Honoree, two Gold and two Silver awards for outstanding achievement and innovation in Magazine circulation/databases as presented by Circulation Management.

Kim maintains an “open door” policy - which is why you’ll often see a line forming outside her office. When she is not busy fielding questions or developing audience solutions, you will find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and spending time with her family.

Passionate about the development of products and partnerships associated with market research, data science, and digital marketing, James is a widely published scholar and frequent conference presenter on topics such as how to optimize demand generation with predictive modeling and how to maximize social media ROI for marketing purposes.

With more than 25 years’ experience in digital strategy and account management, Sandra provides strategic counsel on analytics, innovation and digital planning, and ROI measurement.

A seasoned member of the C-suite, Sandra has lent her talents to three of the top 10 largest healthcare systems in the US, advising on IT, operations, and digital strategy. In her spare time, she enjoys attending sporting events, volunteering, and defending a unique Guinness World Records title (In 2010, she was part of the largest of gathering of people performing Dutch-style clog dancing).
