Family culture and diversity. Global opportunitie. Despite what you hav stated above, tremendou political diversity. Owners, today, are total independent as seen by their political contributions and national organization involvements. Management is gender and otherwise diverse.

Results driven and highly customer centric; hence extremely demanding to exceed high goals, serve customers above all and produce results. No excuse culture.
