Familiarity with process safety management (PSM) and hazard analysis methodologies is crucial, as is the ability to obtain an ATF security clearance. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, customers, and internal teams are also required. Candidates should have knowledge of aerospace and military standards, alongside skills in blueprint reading, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in chemical engineering and direct experience in aerospace or defense environments.
