More than 4,000 professional, administrative and technical employees work in a dozen major facilities in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, with an additional 14 strategically located regional service and support centers. Services include MRO for aircraft and rotorcraft engines, auxiliary power units and components; airframe services including major alterations; FAA authorized avionics capabilities; comprehensive engineering services; and custom exterior and interior design, completion and paint. We provide these capabilities through our network of specialized facilities and mobile service teams.

Pros of working at StandardAero

Plenty of overtime

Cons of working at StandardAero

Too many bosses. Hr is supposed to be in the middle between employees and company. they don't care about employees that make the money. The only way to get a raise is threatening to quit and they may match the offer. Bonuses are horrible for the employees unless you're in the office they are good. Benefits are terrible.
