What You'll Do
As a Contract Social Services Specialist, your core responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Conduct initial and ongoing safety and risk assessments for reports of child maltreatment, including abuse, neglect, exploitation, human trafficking, and fatalities.
Investigate allegations received through Mississippi Centralized Intake and Assessment by conducting home visits, interviews, and collaboration with collateral sources.
Develop and monitor safety plans and make fact-based service recommendations.
Conduct historical record checks to assess prior agency involvement.
Schedule and attend forensic interviews, autopsies, and other case-related meetings.
Prepare and submit timely and thorough documentation, including investigative reports and case notes.
Testify in court and administrative proceedings as required.
Build and maintain professional relationships with law enforcement, legal partners, and community agencies to support investigations.
Mentor and support new staff in the investigation process.
Participate in team meetings, case staffing, and professional development activities.
Utilize data and time management tools to prioritize daily responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Participate in on-call rotation during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Travel routinely within assigned service areas (mileage reimbursed per state guidelines).

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Restaurant cashiers play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment. You would be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, accurately processing payments, and ensuring high-quality food service. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!
**Job Functions** :
+ General customer service duties including, but not limited to, taking customer food orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
+ Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers.
+ Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen to include, but not limited to, a sandwich making line, a fry station, a grill station, or other station depending on the restaurant concept type.
+ Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions within the restaurant to ensure delivery of a fresh and safe product to the customer.
+ Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
+ Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.

What You Will Do:
The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a motivated Test & Validation Engineer II to support the Forest Raytheon Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC).
As a Test & Validation Engineer II, you'll work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline and will partner with a multi-disciplined team of engineers to develop and evaluate test processes, special test equipment, data analysis tools and test requirements for Antenna and Radar Products.

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with Designing, controlling, and improving the manufacturing process focusing on testing through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team
Improving yields
Assisting with implementing manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
Creating and overseeing improvement projects
Translating engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
Performing hardware defect analysis and corrective action investigations
Participating in internal design review of Prime Hardware and test environment.
This job is posted as ONSITE and is located at Raytheon's Forest, MS facility.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and typically a minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience with data analysis
Qualifications We Prefer:
Preferred major in electrical engineering/engineering technology
Experience/education with interpretation of technical documents
Experience with project execution
Experience in Power Supply testing
Experience in analog/power electronic component analysis and selection
Experience in simulation and modeling of analog circuits and power electronics
Demonstrated ability in use of electrical test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Function Generator, etc)

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 118,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
