For more information on the school, click here. EE&M is seeking a full-time Learning Experience Designer responsible for designing sustainability-related learning solutions for professionals. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will apply instructional design methodologies to provide expertise and support in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses. You will work closely with faculty, course development vendors, and the Assistant Director for Professional Programs. The successful candidate will be excited to collaborate with other team members in projects and consultations that support faculty in their teaching of executives and professionals. In addition to demonstrating effectiveness in assessing learning needs and creative problem solving, the role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. As we develop the portfolio of programs, the role requires flexibility with projects and a willingness to pivot if needs shift unexpectedly or with time.
