The Department of Surgery at Stanford University seeks a nationally renowned Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join the Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery as Division Chief. This position will have clinical, research, teaching, and administrative responsibilities.
The Stanford Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery is a national leader in innovative clinical care, impactful research and pre-eminent education programs. The Division is comprised of 25 faculty and 8 part-time dental and cosmetic faculty. The Division has broad and comprehensive programs in all aspects of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with considerable growth over the past decade and most recently successfully expanding programs to the East Bay.
This faculty position will be a full-time position at the Associate or Full Professor level in the University Medical Line (UML) or University Tenure Line (UTL), with 25% effort dedicated to the Division Chief role, along with clinical, teaching, and research activities. A strong history of scholarly activity in research with a track record of extramural funding is desired. The Division Chief will be responsible for leading growth and ensuring excellence in clinical care for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford Health Care, Stanford Children's Health, and affiliated institutions including the Palo Alto VAMC and Santa Clara Medical Center; mentor faculty; and develop and support research programs. The candidate is expected to be a MD or MD/ PhD, with a track record of leadership, mentorship, scholarship, and clinical excellence.

**Summary:**
Stanford Athletics is seeking an Assistant Athletics Director, Broadcast & Technical Operations who will lead the efforts in delivering a first-class television broadcast experience while overseeing the day-to-day technical operations (video boards, audio systems, replay, coaches film). The successful individual will be a self-motivated, team-oriented, organized, problem solver that can orchestrate live event production(s). The Assistant Athletics Director, Broadcast & Technical Operations will coordinate and lead all live event video broadcasts of Stanford Athletics home events and assist with in-game production elements. The position will collaborate with an extensive group of internal and external stakeholders, including facility and operations, marketing, communications, fan experience, ESPN, the ACC, campus organizations, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the best event viewing experience possible. The position will be responsible for the design, development, execution and implementation of events as well as the staffing and training of the broadcast production room and in-venue video boards. **Duties and Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications**
+ 5-7 years of experience in the video industry, including experience in television broadcast, live streaming, and video board production

As a Linen Storekeeper, you will provide support to patient care units and clinics. You will perform duties such as, but not limited to:
* Stocking, cleaning, and organizing the linen closets, inventory holding rooms and other work areas
* Fill orders, pack and deliver
* Order linen, condense linen carts
* Maintain appropriate inventory documentation
* Work closely with the clinical staff to identify their needs and staging preferences
* Set up and modify products within a supply management software
* Place orders to replenish inventory supply levels using a handheld or third party software
* Reconcile packing slips against orders and delivered content
* Assess and revise PAR levels to accommodate changing demand
This is an "as needed" part-time per diem position; schedule and work hours may vary.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This person should be disciplined, and conscientious enough to adhere to strict deadlines and protocols without continuous monitoring.
* Must be able to perform heavy manual tasks including pushing/pulling up to 400 pounds and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
* Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write and follow verbal and written instructions in English.

About BDI The Bridging Divides Initiative (BDI) is a non-partisan research initiative that tracks and mitigates political violence in the United States. BDI supports efforts to grow and build local community resilience through elections and other periods of heightened risk, laying the groundwork for longer-term to bridge the divides we face as a nation.
We do this by 1) producing action-oriented and responsive research to fill existing gaps and empower local leaders; 2) enabling cross-sector collaboration, so individuals and organizations are better prepared to mitigate risk and respond to crisis when it does arise; and 3) helping to drive the policy and community response. Over the past three years, BDI played an essential role in supporting a wide range of actors preparing for and responding to political violence and democratic crisis. Our data, analysis, and tools continue to help a diverse coalition of national and local decision-makers better target their interventions. Position Overview
The External Partnerships Manager with BDI will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing an external partnership strategy for a growing organization that is moving into a new stage of its work. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the Executive Director (ED), the person in this role will identify new opportunities for support, create and implement a development strategy, and manage, grow, and forge donor relationships. This person will work closely with the Executive Director and the senior leadership team, and in regular consultation with CEFR (Princeton University's Corporate Engagement and Foundation Relations) on stewarding BDI's sponsors and external partners. Supported by the Administrative Coordinator, they will shepherd proposals and grants through the Princeton grant management system.
This is a full-time, fully remote position. All BDI positions are one-year appointments with annual opportunities for renewal.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* With the ED and COO, develops and implements creative strategies to meet annual and long-term program sustainability goals, including the diversification of grants, gifts, and external partners.
* With the ED, leads and manages all sponsor-related activities including: grant writing, sponsor stewardship, record-keeping, reports, and communications with sponsors and external partners.
* Building on existing strategies and tactics, manages and stewards relationships with new and potential sponsors.
* Tracks all development-related activities including grants and individual sponsors in Asana.
* Manages ED outreach to prospective and current sponsors.
* Monitors budget revenue goals and supports COO on ensuring timely and accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
* 7+ years of experience building and managing revenue streams from institutional funders, especially in democracy and/or research or another highly relational field, (philanthropy, external partner management, or other types of relationship management); experience with a range of different institutional donor and individual giving models a plus.
* Ability to build strong relationships with partners and supporters from across the political spectrum focused on strengthening democracy. You are someone who finds and creates opportunities to deepen connections and build authentic relationships.
* Interest or experience in working in the broad pro-democracy ecosystem, from research to civil society to policy practice
* Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a multidisciplinary team and collaborators, including a wide array of partners from diverse backgrounds.
* Exemplary attention to detail, independent thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to maintain systems for keeping tasks from slipping through the cracks. You're able to juggle competing demands and prioritize without sacrificing quality. You get back to people in a timely manner and take pride in providing clear, helpful information.
* Education requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher.

* Experience supporting civil society efforts to address political violence in the U.S., including work with partner organizations across diverse political affiliations, geographies, and sectors.

Responsibilities of this part-time (0.6 FTE) position will include weekday and weekend direct patient care of newborns, as well as teaching of medical students and pediatric residents. There is no overnight call with this position. For qualified candidates, opportunities are available to participate in scholarship, quality improvement, and development of innovative care programs. Faculty will work in the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (LPCH).
The successful candidate must have an MD or equivalent, board certification in pediatrics, eligibility for a California medical license, and experience in the care of term newborns. Proficiency in neonatal circumcision, neonatal frenotomy, lactation counseling, and the ability to communicate well and work cooperatively within a large team of health-care providers is highly desirable. Proficiency in Spanish language is preferred but not required.
