Management is awful, HR is a joke, I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to work here. Just terrible. We are now makers how dehumanizing.
Used to be Christmas shut down to spend with family. Now we don’t even get that
Every one works together and get along with each other the energy is great 👍

Mandatory overtimes, terrible management and hr who get quite or fired every couple months, very bad atmosphere, unless union.

Perk/benefits depends upon our role & work..so that will definitely depends upon the company
Fast Paced environment, with many silos to work across. It was easy to see different management levels, and felt great to be a necessary component in each process.
Poor onboarding process left new hires in a "sink or swim" situation.
Discount share buys - Buying into employer stock options was easy and discounted. essentially a 20% match on any stock purchase
Great people, management and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Company holidays/flex PTO, product discounts and very affordable health/wellness benefits.
Hard workers are rewarded with new and challenging opportunities, inclusiveness and diversity.
I have nothing negative to say about the company.
My favorite perk would have to be the employee discount when purchasing tools. The benifit package is very attractive.
Compensation package is really attractive and the company is leader in this segment.
