E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Lead All Source Analyst to join our team at Langley AFB, VA supporting the Air Force (AF) Air Combat Command (ACC). The Air Force (AF) Air Combat Command (ACC) is responsible for the Organizing, Training, and Equipping (OT&E) activities to satisfy mission and readiness requirements as the AF Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) provider. ACC maintains combat-ready forces for rapid deployment and employment through regional ACC and other Component Major Commands (C-MAJCOM) Air Component Commanders supporting Combatant Command (CCMD) tasks. Competition and combating global threats require the military to possess and constantly obtain significant knowledge of the strategic, operational, and tactical environments to permit coordinated and informed U.S. military operations. To this end, the AF ACC relies heavily on its contractor support to analyze threats, provide training, and bolster the AF ISR program.
Job Responsibilities:
Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. Position Contingent on Contract award.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of experience with conducting all-source intelligence analysis, or Master's degree and 15+ years of experience with conducting all-source intelligence analysis
Experience with performing analysis to support multi-int fusion, ISR collection and analysis, target development, or exercises
Experience with briefing senior military and government officials
Knowledge of all-source intelligence analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques, and targeting cycle
Ability to define problems and lead the analysis of intelligence data to provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to military planners and policymakers
Ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to military leaders
Currently possess and ne able to maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the appropriate level.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility to source raw materials, packaging components, purchased finished goods, indirect services, and/or equipment.
Negotiation and bidding skill to purchases and establish contracts for critical materials from approved sources
Continuously develop critical suppliers and optimize supplier relationships to source product of the best quality at the optimum price at proper lead-times to meet customer requirements
KPI and scorecard execution with suppliers to ensure service and quality are met. Place purchase orders with suppliers, schedule deliveries, create bill of ladings (where applicable) as it pertains to purchasing

A minimum three (3) years of experience and knowledge in the area of intelligence support to special operations.
Proficiency, knowledge, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
A minimum of five (5) years of current experience and knowledge of analytic tools developed within the last five (5) years.
At least three (3) years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
At least four (4) years of experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
Knowledge of and recent experience with all-source intelligence tools to include the following:
Message Traffic Databases. Examples include M3/S3, TAC, NGT/Trident, RMT, or others.
Fused Intelligence Analysis and Visualization Tools including FADE MIST, Proton, IC Palantir, and Analyst Notebook.
Geospatial Analysis Tools, including Google Earth or ArcGIS.
SIGINT Analysis Tools, including DataXplorer or ICREACH or Voltron.
Proficiency with standard commercial software applications and web browsers (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) is also expected.
Recent experience with the following specialized tools is highly desired: CHIMERA, SKOPE Suite of Tools, QLIX, and DATAMINR.
